School Linked Services (SLS)
School Linked Services (SLS) program offers a well-designed model for the delivery of coordinated and effective health and social services on school campuses and in their neighboring communities that will meet the needs of students and their families in order for children to achieve success in school and in life. The vision is that all young people will gain the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to ensure their healthy transition to successful adult roles and responsibilities. We are committed to continue working toward a future in which all young people in Santa Clara County graduate from high school with the foundation necessary for college or a career, and for economic self-sufficiency, healthy family and social relationships, civic and community involvement, and life-long learning.
