Wellness and Recovery Medication Services (WARMS)
Program Description
Wellness and Recovery Medication Services (WARMS) is designed to serve individuals with behavioral health needs who are ready to transition to a lower level of care where intensive behavioral health services and extensive outreach are no longer needed.
Wellness and Recovery Medication Services is for individuals who are functioning independently but need minimal support to re-engage in meaningful community roles and activities in order to prevent deterioration.
Referral Process
This program accepts referrals through the Behavioral Health Call Center. For more information about this program, or to see if you qualify, please contact the Behavioral Health Call Center at 1-800-704-0900.

BHUC services are temporarily relocated to the Central Wellness and Benefits Center building at 2221 Enborg Lane, San Jose CA.
Hours: Monday - Sunday, 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
If this is a crisis or emergency call 911, and ask for a “CIT officer” (Crisis Intervention Team).
