Birth – 5 KidConnections Network (KCN) of Providers
KidConnections Network (KCN), a Birth – 5 system of care, provides developmental and behavioral health services to the youngest population in Santa Clara County and their family. With a focus on the caregiver/child relationship as the driver of intervention, a team approach is utilized to support families with children Birth – 5 who have developmental and behavioral health concerns. KidConnections Network (KCN) employs Therapists, Home Visitors (Family Support Specialists) and Developmental Specialists to provide the following:

Ongoing therapeutic services

Parent coaching

Developmental interventions, and

Other services that help to foster a child's physical and emotional development;
Always in partnership with caregivers in the child's life. KidConnections Network (KCN) strives to provide supports to build strong and secure relationships for the child to promote overall health and well-being.
KidConnections Network (KCN) is a partnership between Behavioral Health Services Department (BHSD) and FIRST 5 Santa Clara County. This partnership provides a unique opportunity in leveraging FIRST 5 funding to provide Birth – 5 services throughout Santa Clara County.
