Child and TAY Full Service Partnership (FSP)

Program Description

The Full Service Partnership (FSP) program and the Intensive Full Service Partnership (IFSP) program for Children, Youth, and Transitional Age Youth (TAY) are part of the Family and Children Services’ division continuum of care.

Full Service Partnership Programs are a higher level of outpatient mental health services offering comprehensive and intensive services that incorporate a team approach to meeting the individual and family’s behavioral health needs. FSP Child and FSP TAY services are youth-guided and family driven, especially designed for children 6-15 years of age and TAY 16-25 years of age, who are experiencing physical, social, behavioral and emotional distress and in need of mental health services.

Intensive Full Service Partnership programs provide the highest intensity level of outpatient mental health services offering comprehensive and intensive services, much of which is provided in the community. Youth IFSP and TAY IFSP services are client-guided and family-driven, especially designed for those who are experiencing physical, social, behavioral and emotional distress and need mental health services.

Both programs are designed to target the unserved and underserved youth who are vulnerable and at risk for unmanaged or unmet mental health needs. The program aims to stop the crisis cycle youth and family’s experience when mental health needs have not been met. The programs incorporate an interdisciplinary team approach to support the individual and family’s current and most pressing behavioral health needs.
