Self-Help Centers

Program Description
Zephyr Self-Help Center and Esperanza Self-Help Centers are designated Navigator Program sites for walk-in support with navigation and access to services, resources, and support.  Our two self-help centers provide a safe, confidential, and supportive environment for individuals those living with mental health challenges. Operated by and for mental health beneficiaries, these Centers provide support for individuals who want to take control of their lives. Individuals who share a disability have something to offer each other which cannot always be provided by traditional services.
