If a family has little or no cash and needs housing, food, utilities, clothing or medical care, it may be eligible to receive immediate short-term help. Families that apply and qualify for ongoing assistance receive money each month to help pay for housing, food, and other necessary expenses.

Black Infant Health Program
Within a culturally affirming environment and honoring the unique history of African-American women, the Black Infant Health (BIH) Program aims to help women have healthy babies.
At the Santa Clara County Public Health Department Immunization Program, we offer community immunization, education, and training, provide information and resources, and partnerships with private and public organizations working collaboratively to reduce vaccine-preventable diseases.
Lead Prevention Program
The Santa Clara County Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program (CLPPP) is a state-funded program aimed at identifying and treating children who are at risk for lead poisoning. Our program works with children from birth to age 21.
